Hares

Three different poses but each carries an ear of wheat, remembering the green man.

Of the Sea

Have tides like the sea,
Tears of saltwater

Carved in oak with added silver foil.

Harvest Blow

Carved in lime wood I try to capture the feeling of a wind blown harvest field incorporating a Green Man into the image.

A study of entwined couple carved in limewood.

Orchard

This piece represents man's attempts to organise nature through horticulture.

It was carved in cherry wood which seemed appropriate for the message.

Colour addes with oil so the grain is not obscured has lifted the piece nicely.
